Return Cost

We will cover the return shipping cost whether it’s an item you need to return for a new size or color or it doesn’t suit your style or needs.

Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs; however, they are responsible for a restocking fee of $5.

30 Days to Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@icohnic.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange.

Returns and Exchanges

Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.

Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Refund or Exchange

Upon receiving the returned items and verifying their condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped once the returned items are received.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or provide a refund, as appropriate.
